Cadillac DTS: Professional Vehicle Protection Plan (PVPP)
Professional Vehicle Protection Plan (PVPP)
Because of the confidence Cadillac has in the quality of its vehicles, it can offer the Cadillac Professional Vehicle Protection Plan (PVPP), an extended service agreement, to complement the New-Vehicle Limited Warranty (Bumper-to-Bumper), including parts and labor.
Cadillac is pleased to offer the Professional Vehicle Protection Plan on the DTS livery sedan (W20), limousine (V4U), funeral coach (B9Q), Escalade SUV family (ZR3 option and PCK option) and any other identified PVPP program vehicle. Any parts added or modified for conversion are excluded from this protection. Modifications for special conversions are expected to meet all Federal Vehicle Motor Safety Standards (FMVSS), when properly completed.
Limousine and Professional Vehicle Coverage Exclusive to Cadillac Master Coachbuilder Conversions
Cadillac has developed the Cadillac Master Coachbuilder Program to support coachbuilder efforts, to provide quality products, and to increase levels of customer satisfaction with professional vehicles. Since Cadillac recognizes that Cadillac Master Coachbuilders are committed to those objectives, along with continuous improvement of their conversions, Cadillac limits this protection to those limousines and professional vehicles manufacturers by Cadillac Master Coachbuilders.
Coverage through this plan begins on the date the vehicle is first delivered or put into use. This will be the date the Cadillac dealer sells the limousine chassis (V4U), or funeral coach chassis (B9Q) to the Cadillac Master Coachbuilder. The actual selling date of the chassis/vehicle can be modified for the end user by submission of the “Delayed Warranty Start” form, which is submitted by the selling Cadillac dealer or Cadillac Master Coachbuilder. Repairs must be performed by authorized Cadillac dealerships.
What is Covered:
Provided that regularly scheduled maintenance has been performed on the vehicle, warranty coverage is the same for all items under the GM New-Vehicle Limited Warranty (Bumper-to-Bumper) with the exception of the following:
