Today was the first time that I have had to bring a car in for service. This speaks volumes for the Royale product! I want to provide you feed back… Julian and his team were excellent! Very responsive, quick and neat. Julian made sure that the service people even vacuumed the car when they were finished. 

Thank you for taking steps to improve your company from the service perspective. You can sell new limousines / products all day long… it’s the service provided after the sale that will keep people coming back. Since your target audience is mostly comprised of service providers I am certain that your customers will recognize and appreciate the high caliber of service that Julian and his team provide.

As you know I came to your facility to pick- up my new vehicle on 7/27/07. I was very impressed in the level of assistance from everyone on your staff. I’m a mid size operator in the Baltimore metro area. We pride our self in still having the small operator personal touch with our clients. It’s nice to know that a company as large as yours has not lost that business approach.

When I arrived to your plant my vehicle was out front being final inspected by the owner Cabot Smith. I felt very special to have the owner looking at my vehicle.

I came to find out that every vehicle gets that personal touch. The pride Mr. Smith takes flows through the entire plant, on my tour everyone was very pleasant and ready to answer any question I had. Attention to detail on every level is very evident and makes a buyer feel confident their choice to purchase from Royale Limousine was the best I could have made.

To Mr. Smith thank you for your time and help you have gained a loyal customer as long as you build these vehicles. Your sales staff is well informed on every aspect from the build to making the paper work move like clock work. I would like to personally thank my sales Rep. Mr. Tom Quill for all your help and making this purchase very smooth. Tom I feel as I have gained a new sales person and friend.
