Royale and Daimler Sprinter Team Up

Haverhill, Ma – Royale has partnered with Sprinter Bus North America for mini coach, Para-transit and limousine van chassis. The Sprinter Mini Coach by Royale offers very distinct advantages in the 16 passenger and under category. “This is the vehicle of the future for its versatile floor plans and mobility options as well as its green footprint, low operating costs and durability. The Mini Coach being offered by Royale is powered by an ultra low emission diesel which produces 56% less CO2 emissions than its competition. The fuel economy is also significantly greater: 20 mpg versus 7 mpg in actual testing. The unibody construction affords a quiet smooth ride and durability. The vehicle itself has a lower operating cost with longer maintenance intervals and higher fuel economy. “Although the Sprinter chassis has a higher upfront cost than a comparable cutaway, major fleets are jumping into Sprinters because of the substantial savings in operation, vehicle life and higher residual values,” says Smith.

The Sprinter Mini Coach by Royale is a specially modified 280” chassis with a 3.0L Mercedes Clean Diesel engine upgraded mechanicals and suspension to support an 11,030 GVWR. The one piece body has been up fitted with a 35” motor coach style electric door, low three step entry, motor coach seating and Carrier air conditioning with automatic temperature control. It is Altoona Tested, ADA and FTA approved a perfect mini coach for executive, hotel, airport or paratransit work.
